About Us

Collin was raised in Daingerfield and graduated from Texas A & M University in College Station in 1995. He and his wife spent 8 years in Richardson. In the fall of 2000, they came to Mt. Pleasant and Daingerfield to see family and friends and realized that they missed the beauty of this area and decided to come home.

Collin's wife, Kelly, is the communications director for the Mount Pleasant Independent School District. Their daughter is a student in MPISD as well. They have a vested interest in this and surrounding communities.

Cowan Inspection has been in business since 1999. We have been located in Mt. Pleasant, TX since 2001. We have been putting customers first without any gimmicks, empty promises, or hollow guarantees.

Mt. Pleasant is a great community with tremendous resources, beauty, schools, churches and people. We are proud to call Mt. Pleasant home today.
