Home inspection prices are based on each individual house. Size, foundation type, age, location, outbuildings, sprinklers, and gas system can all affect the price of a particular inspection. Please give us a call to discuss pricing.

Inspections typically last several hours. The client is encouraged to be at the Inspection. Many times this not possible for a number of reasons, so at a minimum we encourage clients to meet at the end of the inspection, to go through the findings on the report so they can physically see and touch any issues that are of concern to them.

Our goal is to provide every client with an accurate picture of the condition of the house at the time of the inspection. We want every buyer to know everything we can find out about a particular house.

Cowan Inspection has been providing pest and termite control services since 2001. We offer both residential and commercial services.

At the time that Cowan Inspection started in Mt Pleasant the real estate inspection market was unknown.  So a combination of these two businesses made sense and has continued to this day. We have quarterly programs as well as one time services and Termite treatments.

Our pest control philosophy is very much a 21st century approach. Our goal is control pest while being responsible to our clients, their pets and the environment.
